SpaceEmpires.net Wiki Restored

The database for the SpaceEmpires Wiki was lost due to corruption in August 2015. Due to a series of unfortunate events, our latest working backup was from August 21, 2011. We have restored the SEWiki database to the state it was in. Given that the rate of edits on this wiki has been very low for the past few years, this represents a relatively small amount of data loss.
If you have trouble logging into the wiki with your account, you may need to reset your password.

SpaceEmpires.net August 2015 Outage

The server powering SpaceEmpires.net died, and we have restored services using a new server. Unfortunately, the software running this site is incompatible with modern server software. For the time being, it will be impossible to log in. Consider the site to be in archival mode.
The SE Wiki is not yet functional.
PBW2 has been restored from old backups. Read this story for full details.

The mail server on SpaceEmpires.net was down for the better part of a month. It was fixed earlier today, which resulted in all queued emails being sent out. Please be advised that you will receive emails that should have been sent out up to a month ago in the near future.
