Be aware that when using the patch, the game folder MUST be in the Program folder. If its anywhere else, the patch will say it can't find the game... Shocked

Facilities generally have no effect on units. The only possible exception might be those that boost 'combat to hit plus' type abilities but I suspect even these might only affect ships and not units ...
